Summary/Objective:

BeyondTrust is looking for an Inside Sales Director to manage a team of Commercial Account Executives, based out of our Atlanta and Boston offices. In this role you will be required to support your team through sales coaching, training and mentorship to meet/exceed sales goals. The team is comprised of quota carrying, inside account executives that focus on companies up to 1,000 employees. You will be reporting to a Regional Sales VP and have up to 13 direct reports. Experience with building teams, analysis and reporting, organizational planning, sales process optimization, and sales program implementation are critical for this position.
