What Will You Do?

· Write Salesforce Apex classes, Triggers, VF pages, Unit Tests and other code to support the SF ecosystem

· Build business processes in an Agile development environment

· Create solutions based on use cases for internal and external resources (employees, customers, and partners)

· Gather requirements and provide architectural patterns to solve complex business problems

· Develop SQL/SOQL code and use tools to perform ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) to import, export, and improve data quality

· Configure multiple sub-systems within Salesforce including CPQ, FinancialForce PSA, and a partner community

· Be a part of a collaborative, dynamic, Business Applications team!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Who are you?

 

· You are an experienced Salesforce Developer with at least 5+ years of experience

· An outside the box thinker who knows multiple ways to achieve business objectives using the most elegant solution for a given problem

· Data architecture and design is part of your DNA

· Enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can gain skills in several areas, from backend webservice development to user interface design, and business/sales operations processes to community portal development

· You know the internals of Salesforce intimately, keep on top of the latest releases and platform features. You’re always trying to stay as close to the bleeding edge as possible

· You’re a team player and know how to leverage the skills of the people around you

· Customers love you for understanding their needs and working effectively to achieve them

· You know that what you do makes a difference, and you’re energized to come to work everyday

 

What is required to be considered?

 

· Experience working in a SFDC org with at least 100 users in both an admin and developer capacity

· Have multiple SFDC certifications, college degrees, trailhead badges, or have unicorn like skills and knowledge of the SFDC platform

· Are familiar with SOAP/REST APIs – both developing and consuming them

· Have significant knowledge of sales processes, from Lead to Opp close

· Live local to Phoenix

· CPQ experience is a huge plus

· Independent/self-managing individual who requires little guidance

· Are comfortable working in an Agile development environment and resolving tickets or backlog items
