Summary/Objective

The Vice President of Human Resources will lead a team of Director Level HR professionals at a dynamic global technology company reporting directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer. The incumbent must have a passion for building and supporting a world-class team and fostering the environments that inspire their best work. S/he is a key member of the leadership team and responsible for leading high-impact, people-focused strategic initiatives that not only fuel company culture, but also drive alignment with the overall company values and vision. We are looking for a strategic thinker, someone who has a high bar, an exceptional leader and always up for a challenge.
