For the nearly four years that our Bomgar Insider online community has been live, it’s been exclusively open to our Remote Support customers. As much as we love them, and as much Bomgar love as they give us every day, we could always use another perspective. That’s why, with a now-booming Privileged Access customer base, we are expanding the Bomgar Insider program to ALL customers. Hip hip, hooray!

Our rapidly expanding base of security customers have a valuable perspective about our security products and the marketplace, and will be a great addition to the Bomgar Insider program.

Alongside the Remote Support customers we interact with in the Bomgar Insider, our Privileged Access customer advocates can get valuable, first-look Insider access at the new features and products that they may be interested in.
