Responding to our customer requests and needs, we recently implemented a new Self Service Center (SSC).  The SSC gives you access to in-depth Bomgar technical information and your support incidents 24 X 7.  To access the SSC and activate your login:
-Browse to and click on the Login button, as shown below.

-Click ‘I need my initial or I forgot my password’ and enter an active email address registered with Bomgar support. Click on ‘Login’ in the left nav and use the temporary password you receive in your email.

From the SSC, you can find out more about Bomgar releases, search the Knowledge Base for information and investigate detailed technical documentation. You can also view your logged incidents  and submit a new incident.  This service is available to all of Bomgar’s current customers with maintenance and support contracts.
