When and where is BeyondTech 2022?

BeyondTech is being held June 14 – 15, 2022, at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, in Monaco. Please refer to the Agenda Highlights for more details on what's happening on each day. For a fair share in attendance numbers, up to five persons from the same company can attend the event. Extra delegates from the same company can be added to a waiting list. Please contact beyondtech@beyondtrust.com for any questions about the conference.

What is the cost of attending?

For all invited guests, BeyondTrust will cover the below items. Air travel, airport transfers and incidental expenses are the responsibility of attendees. Please note that, the a fee of USD500 per person will be charged in case of cancellations made without replacements after June 1, 2022. Replacements are encouraged and are subject to BeyondTrust’s management approval. Please contact beyondtech@beyondtrust.com if you need to cancel your registration. All cancellations must be done in writing.

Investment covered by BeyondTrust to all invited guests:

• 2 (two) nights’ accommodation - check in on Monday 13 June and check out on Wednesday 15 June
• All meals indicated in the agenda

What is not covered by BeyondTrust:

• Airfares to and from any Airport.
• Transfers to/from the Airport and the hotel
• Incidentals, in-room service and mini bar charges.
• All expenses not specifically listed are to be borne by the guests.
• Any travel extension will be at delegate’s own cost.
• Insurance relating to travel, health

What are the health and safety policies?

We are excited and prepared to return to an in-person conference this year. Over the coming months we will continue to monitor and adhere to local government, venue and health agency guidelines and recommendations as we plan our event. We plan to align with local and venue regulations for COVID19 requirements.

What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code is business casual for daytime activities and smart casual for evening events.

Can I stay additional nights outside the event dates?

Attendees can extend their stay at their own cost. To book additional nights, please contact the hotel directly.

What if I need to cancel my registration at the event?

Please note that, a fee per person will be charged to your employers’ organisation in case of no shows or cancellations made without replacements after June, 1 2022. Replacements are encouraged and are subject to BeyondTrust’s management approval. Please contact beyondtech@beyondtrust.com if you need to cancel your registration. All cancellations must be done in writing.

When will the registration desk be open?

BeyondTech registration desk will be open from 16:00 – 18:00 on Monday, June 13 and will reopen on Tuesday, June 14 at 07:00. Representatives will be available at the registration desk for questions and assistance throughout the duration of the conference.

May I bring my spouse or family to the evening events?

BeyondTech is open to invited Partners only. Delegates wishing to bring spouses/family to the hotel must cover accommodation/meals/travels for their spouses/family at their own cost. To book accommodation for spouses/family, please contact the hotel directly.
