Brian
T. Anderson, Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Anderson brings more than 25 years of global enterprise
software and security industry experience to BeyondTrust
where he will be responsible for all aspects of corporate
brand development, lead and demand generation to increase
awareness and interest in all customer and investor
segments. In addition, he will be responsible for building
a VAR channel to expand distribution for BeyondTrust
products globally.
Prior to BeyondTrust, Anderson served as a serially
successful chief marketing officer for several venture-funded
companies. At Siderean Software his branding efforts
garnered rave reviews and numerous awards including
“innovator” status in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. At
Avamar Technologies, his leadership resulted in a huge
revenue increase and numerous awards. Avamar was subsequently
acquired by EMC. Prior to Avamar, Anderson was director
of marketing at IBM’s Tivoli Security and Storage, a
role he inherited after successful building industry
leader Access360’s brand and sales pipeline through
successful positioning for a sale to IBM. Anderson also
served as CMO of HNC Software, which experienced tremendous
growth during his tenure and was successfully acquired
by Fair Isaac in 2002.
Anderson served for seven years prior to HNC at FileNet
Corporation culminating in his role as vice president,
worldwide corporate marketing. At FileNet, Anderson
built a tremendous global channel organization that
ultimately represented almost 50 percent of the company’s
revenue.
Mr. Anderson received his B.S. degree in Computer Science

Saurabh
Bhatnagar, Vice President of Product Management
Mr. Bhatnagar brings nearly a decade of experience in
the security and enterprise technology solutions spaces
to BeyondTrust, where he is responsible for driving
product and market strategies for profitable billings
growth.
Prior to joining BeyondTrust, Mr. Bhatnagar served in
senior product management and strategic alliances roles
at Websense, a leading security software provider, including
management of their data leak prevention and e-mail
security (software and SaaS) product lines. Mr. Bhatnagar
also led key aspects of the integration of the PortAuthority
and SurfControl acquisitions, and drove strategic alliances
and go-to-market programs with multiple technology vendors
including Microsoft and Check Point. Prior to joining
Websense, Mr. Bhatnagar worked as a marketing consultant
with Hewlett Packard where he drove region-wide technology
alliances and enterprise solution marketing programs
for Asia-Pacific.
Mr. Bhatnagar holds an MBA from the Tepper School of
Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Electrical
Engineering from the National Institute of Technology,
Warangal. |
Matthew
S. Collier, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field
Operations
Mr. Collier is a technology industry veteran, having
lead several high growth technology companies. He is
currently responsible for sales and technical support
at BeyondTrust.
Before joining BeyondTrust, Mr. Collier served as President
and CEO of Electronic Sensor Technology, in Thousand
Oaks, CA, which focuses on the homeland defense and
border security markets.
Prior to his tenure at Electronic Sensor Technology,
Mr. Collier was the President and Principal of Camarillo,
CA-based SAFER Systems Software, where he spearheaded
significant growth – nearly tripling revenue, and built
the company’s portfolio of customers to include state
and local government, the international government sector,
all major U.S. railroads, and many other Fortune 100
companies.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Collier was elected as the
youngest big city Mayor in the U.S., serving as the
Chief Executive of Flint, Michigan from 1987 to 1991.
Prior to his stint in government, he served as an officer
in the U.S. Army for six years, and holds degrees from
the United States Military Academy at West Point, and
from Harvard University. |
Steve
Kelley, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development
Mr. Kelley brings more than 13 years of experience in
the high technology and security software industries
to BeyondTrust where he is responsible for business
development and strategic planning activities.
Prior to joining BeyondTrust, Mr. Kelley served in senior
product management and strategic alliances roles for
Websense, a leading security software provider, where
he was responsible for their web and e-mail security
product lines, contributed to the acquisition of SurfControl,
and developed revenue-driven OEM relationships with
companies like Cisco Systems, Network Appliance and
Blue Coat Systems. Prior to joining Websense, Mr. Kelley
worked as a consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture)
where he was responsible for leading IT strategy and
implementation projects for Global 1000 companies.
Mr. Kelley holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School
of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in
Finance and Computer Applications from the University
of Notre Dame. |
John
Kendrick, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kendrick brings over 25 years of finance and corporate
administrative experience to BeyondTrust. Until recently,
Mr. Kendrick was part owner and CFO of Broadcast Media
Group, LLC, an owner and operator of television and
radio stations. From 1993-1997, Mr. Kendrick was Senior
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Heftel Broadcasting,
Inc., a publicly held Spanish-language radio broadcasting
company where he successfully managed their IPO and
the acquisition of 18 radio stations. Subsequently,
Clear Channel, Inc. acquired controlling interest in
Heftel Broadcasting.
Prior to Heftel, Mr. Kendrick was a senior financial
executive in the motion picture and computer software
industries, including 20th Century Fox Films and Informatics.
Mr. Kendrick is a member of the American Institute of
CPA’s and holds an MBA from UCLA. |
John
Mutch, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Mutch has been an operating executive and investor
in the technology industry for over 25 years and has
a long, sustained track record of creating shareholder
value through both activities.
Prior to joining BeyondTrust as CEO in 2008, Mr. Mutch
was a founder and managing partner of MV Advisors, LLC,
a strategic block investment firm which provides focused
investment and strategic guidance to small and mid-cap
technology companies. Prior to founding MV Advisors,
In March of 2003 Mr. Mutch was appointed by the U.S.
Bankruptcy court to the Board of Directors of Peregrine
Systems. He assisted that company in a bankruptcy work
out proceeding and was named President and CEO in July
of 2003. Mr. Mutch ran Peregrine Systems operating the
company under an SEC consent decree, restating five
years of operating results and successfully restructuring
the company culminating in a sale to HP for $425 million
dollars in December of 2005. Prior to running Peregrine,
Mr. Mutch served as President, CEO and a Director of
HNC Software, an enterprise analytics software provider.
Under his leadership, the company nearly doubled revenue
and successfully spun out Retek in an IPO which returned
more than $2.5 billion to shareholders. HNC Software
was sold to Fair Isaac Corporation in August of 2002
for $825 million. Prior to HNC Software, Mr. Mutch spent
seven years at Microsoft Corporation in a variety of
executive sales and marketing positions. Mr. Mutch previously
served on the boards of Edgar Online (NASDAQ:EDGR),
Aspyra (Amex:APY), Overland Storage (Nasdaq:OVRL) and
Brio Software.
He currently serves on the board of Adaptec Inc. (Nasdaq:ADPT)
as a director designee of Steel Partners and the board
of Agilysys (Nasdaq:AGYS) as a director designee of
Ramius Capital. Mr. Mutch holds an M.B.A. from the University
of Chicago and a B.S. from Cornell University where
he serves on the advisory board for the undergraduate
school of business. |
Anita
Rose, Senior Vice President, Sales
Ms. Rose has 20 years of experience in both domestic
and international sales, including a solid background
in systems administration software. Ms. Rose is currently
responsible for managing BeyondTrust's worldwide sales
organization and has been instrumental in increasing
sales year over year since joining BeyondTrust in 1995.
In 2003, she was tasked with growing BeyondTrust's international
sales business. Under her direction, BeyondTrust's international
sales grew 540% in three years.
Ms. Rose has been responsible for building dynamic sales
organizations and has extensive experience with field
sales, telesales, business development and channel sales.
She has held a number of executive positions at various
companies including Intersecting Concepts and Executive
Software. |
