Support Policies
There are two categories of Product-Operating System combinations
available. These are:
Current Systems: This is a list of operating
systems on which a supported release of the product is maintained
and receives full support. These product versions will be updated
if necessary to fix problems with functionality.
Legacy Systems: This is a list of operating
systems on which previously certified releases of the product
are made available to customers. In many cases, the product
releases listed are superseded by a later (Current Systems)
release of the product. No programming maintenance or enhancements
will be performed on the product releases listed as Legacy Systems.

Levels of Support
BeyondTrust provides two categories of support.
Category A: For Current Systems
Technical Support is provided to help with resolving issues
with policies and environmental interfaces. Programming changes
to resolve product defects or to add selected enhancements will
be performed.
Category B: For Legacy Systems
Technical Support is provided to help with resolving issues
with policies and environmental interfaces. No programming maintenance
or enhancements will be performed.

Refer to the specific BeyondTrust product README for its
legacy support policy.
