If you already own an SQL Server enterprise license, you can easily create a PowerBroker Identity Services Enterprise Edition database because PowerBroker Identity Services Enterprise Edition Enterprise offers an SQL script that facilitates the creation of the PowerBroker Identity Services Enterprise Edition database on your SQL server. If you do not have an SQL server or do not wish to use the PowerBroker Identity Services Enterprise Edition database, you may decide to install SQL Server Express, a free version of SQL Server that enables a subset of the PowerBroker Identity Services Enterprise Edition Enterprise product and tools.
